Buddyz focuses on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the details of each perk before initiating the transaction, it provides all the details about the services or perks before paying the money to Buddyz.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to request a refund from us. Our Policy for the refund will be as follows:

We ensure to provide the perks as provided and stated on the website.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our perks (as stated on the website) we can provide a refund. 

The refund can only be requested after receiving the perks or services stated on the Buddyz website.

If paying by credit/debit card, UPI wallets, net banking and any other payment methods, refunds will be issued to the original bank account or wallet provided at the time of initiating the transaction and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Note: The payments are being processed by integrated gateways (Payumoney), which specifies involvement of third-party during the payment process with through the Buddyz platform (Website).
